2024–2026 Duramax T93 TCM Tuning Package (NOT FOR L5D TRUCKS)
This package is built for 2024–2026 GM Duramax trucks equipped with the Global B T93 Transmission Control Module and is designed to provide everything required for TCM tuning in one simple product.
Modern 2024+ GM Duramax trucks use a locked Global B T93 TCM from the factory. Before the transmission can be tuned, the original TCM must be upgraded/unlocked, licensed with HP Tuners credits, and then flashed with the correct TCM tune file. This package combines the required TCM unlock service, HP Tuners credits, and transmission tune file options into one product.
This is for customers wanting improved transmission behavior, better shift strategy, firmer and more consistent gear engagement, improved drivability under load, and better support for tuned or heavy-use applications.
What This Package Includes
1. HP Tuners GM T93 Global B TCM Upgrade Service
This is the required one-time unlock/upgrade service for the factory T93 TCM.
The original TCM must be removed from the truck and sent in for processing. Once upgraded, the same TCM is reinstalled back into the original vehicle and can then be licensed and tuned using HP Tuners.
Important:
A spare TCM should not be installed or relearned while the original module is being serviced. The upgraded TCM must return to the same vehicle it came from.
2. HP Tuners Universal Credits
The upgraded T93 TCM requires 4 HP Tuners Universal Credits to license the transmission controller before flashing.
Credits are required by HP Tuners and are separate from the unlock service and tune file.
3. T93 Global B TCM Tune File
The TCM tune file is designed for 2024–2026 GM Duramax trucks equipped with the Global B T93 TCM.
TCM tuning can improve:
- Shift scheduling
- Shift pressure
- Torque converter lockup behavior
- Clutch control
- Gear engagement
- Loaded drivability
- Transmission behavior with added engine power
This is transmission tuning only. Engine tuning is not included unless purchased separately.
Required To Use This Product
To complete T93 TCM tuning, the truck must have:
- 2024–2026 GM Duramax platform with Global B T93 TCM
- Original factory TCM available for unlock/upgrade
- RTD4, MPVi4, or compatible HP Tuners interface
- 4 HP Tuners Universal Credits
- T93 TCM tune file
- Latest compatible HP Tuners software / VCM Suite where applicable

- 2024–2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD / 3500HD 6.6L Duramax L5P
- Global B trucks equipped with the GM T93 TCM
L5D / Cab & Chassis Note
L5D applications may require VIN and controller confirmation before ordering. Do not assume compatibility unless the truck is confirmed to have a supported Global B T93 TCM and compatible HP Tuners support.
Important Ordering Notes
- The TCM unlock/upgrade is a send-in service.
- Customer is responsible for removing and shipping the original TCM.
- Processing time does not include shipping time.
- The TCM must return to the same vehicle it came from.
- 4 HP Tuners credits are required to license the TCM.
- RTD4 / MPVi4 device is required if the customer does not already have one.
- Engine tuning is not included with this product.
- TCM tuning should be completed only after the TCM has been upgraded and properly licensed.
