The EZ Lynk AutoAgent 3 is the hardware interface that connects your truck to the EZ Lynk cloud ecosystem—enabling wireless flashing, live gauge monitoring, diagnostics, and data logging through the EZ Lynk mobile app. It plugs into your OBD-II port and creates a wireless connection to your phone/tablet so you can monitor and manage your vehicle in real time.

This is the foundation of how Dyno Diesels delivers modern remote tuning: no mail-in devices, no guesswork—just controlled calibration delivery through the cloud.

What the AutoAgent 3 Does

• OBD-II vehicle interface that links your truck to the EZ Lynk mobile app 

• Wireless flashing capability (when an ECU profile/tune is supplied by a technician) 

• Live gauges + data logging so you can record runs and send logs to your tuner for review

• Diagnostics / scan-tool functions inside the EZ Lynk ecosystem (capabilities vary by vehicle) 

Tunes Not Included (Required Support Pack Explained)

This product does NOT include tune files. The AutoAgent 3 is the device that makes tuning possible, but tunes are delivered through a Support Pack tied to your vehicle/VIN.

Why a Support Pack Is Required

On the EZ Lynk platform, tune access is controlled by a Support Package timeline—it governs how long you can receive, update, and manage tune files pushed to your vehicle through the cloud. 

Your Two Options

1) 4-Week Support Pack

Best for customers who want a straightforward setup, flash once, and move on. You get access to compatible tuning for 4 weeks. After the 4 weeks expires, the tune currently installed remains on the truck, but cloud-based access and ongoing tune updates end unless you renew/upgrade. 

2) Lifetime Support Pack

Built for long-term owners and performance builds that evolve. Lifetime support provides ongoing access to tune files and updates indefinitely (for that VIN), making it ideal for customers who want continued revisions, future updates, or changing configurations over time. 

Bottom line: AutoAgent 3 is the interface; the Support Pack is what unlocks and maintains your tuning access.
